Express Delivery – UPS

• Orders placed Monday to Friday by 04:00 PM EST will be processed and dispatched on the same business day.
• Express delivery time: 1 business day after processing and dispatch.

Orders may be shipped via ground from a closer location.

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

D’Nobless cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of D’Nobless until full payment is received.

When ordered by the communicated delivery deadlines, items are usually delivered on time. However, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities from our delivery partners. D’Nobless cannot take responsibility in such cases.

We do not dispatch orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays, so deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.

For Crystal Myriad, Licensed-in, and Creators Lab products, please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your package to be dispatched, and you will be notified by email.

Returns

D’Nobless' top priority is customer satisfaction. You may return ordered items and cancel the sales contract within 14 days of receipt (except for Gift Cards and personalised products). For D’Nobless Created Diamonds, you have 30 days to return your items. Our return policy applies to all items, including those on sale or promotion.

How long does it take to process returns?
Once we receive your return package, it will be registered, and you will be notified via email when the return is processed. The refund transmission will depend on your financial institution’s guidelines and may take 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used for the order. The entire return and refund process may take 3-4 weeks from the posting date.

D’Nobless crystal is a delicate material that should be handled with special care. To ensure your D’Nobless product remains in the best possible condition for a long time, please follow the guidelines below to avoid damage:

Jewellery & Watches:

• Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
• Avoid contact with water.
• Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as these may damage the metal, reduce the lifespan of the plating, and cause discolouration or loss of crystal brilliance.
• Avoid strong impact (e.g. knocking against objects) that may scratch or chip the crystal.

Figurines & Decorative Objects:

• Gently polish your product with a soft, lint-free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal items in water.
• Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to maximise brilliance.
• Avoid contact with rough, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
• When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to prevent fingerprints.
